Are your images Amazon-compliant?
Yes. Every image we deliver meets Amazon’s technical requirements: pure white background (RGB 255,255,255) for the main image, JPEG format, minimum 1600px on the longest side for zoom, no watermarks, borders or logos. We track Amazon’s image policy updates so your listing stays compliant without you needing to check.
What’s included in the 9-image listing package?
The standard package includes 1 white-background hero image, 3 additional product angles, 3 detail or USP close-up shots, 1 infographic with feature callouts, and 1 lifestyle image showing the product in context. Every image is fully retouched, colour-corrected and delivered in high-resolution, web-ready format.
What makes a strong Amazon hero image?
Your hero image is the single biggest factor in click-through rate. It needs a pure white background, the product filling at least 85% of the frame, sharp focus, accurate colour and clean edges. We light and compose specifically for the Amazon search grid so your product stands out next to competitors.
Do you design the infographics or just photograph?
Both. We photograph your product and then design the infographic layouts in-house, adding feature callouts, dimension graphics, benefit text and comparison visuals. You send us the key selling points and we handle the creative. No need to brief a separate designer.
What are digital composite lifestyle images?
Digital composite lifestyles place your product into realistic lifestyle scenes digitally, without needing a physical location shoot. They are a cost-effective way to show your product in context on Amazon listings. We composite your product into kitchen, bathroom, gym, bedroom or outdoor settings that match your target market.
Should I just use my phone or an AI image tool instead?
You can, and plenty of small sellers do. The listings we see come back to us tend to share the same problems: hero images that get rejected on the first compliance check, AI lifestyles that subtly distort the product or invent details that aren’t actually there, infographic text that drifts off-spec, and a 9-image set that doesn’t look like the same product across the angles. We photograph your actual product in our York studio so the hero passes Amazon’s rules first time, the angles match, the infographic copy describes what you really sell, and the lifestyles use your real product (digitally composited when a location shoot isn’t worth it). For one or two SKUs you might get away with phone shots. For a listing you intend to scale, the cost of reshooting after Amazon flags a hero usually outweighs getting it shot properly the first time.
Can I add A+ Content to my listing later?
Absolutely. Many sellers start with the standard 9-image package and add A+ Content modules once their listing is live. We keep your original files on record, so upgrading is straightforward with no need to reshoot. A+ modules include brand story banners, comparison charts, and lifestyle-led content blocks.
Can you improve an existing Amazon listing?
Yes. If your current listing has weak or inconsistent images, we can reshoot and redesign the full set, or fill individual gaps. That might mean replacing a poor hero image, adding infographics, or creating lifestyle shots you’re missing. Send us your ASIN and we’ll review what needs improving.
How long does Amazon photography take?
Photograph My Product’s standard turnaround is 5–7 working days from receiving your products and confirming the brief. Rush services are available for time-sensitive launches like Prime Day or seasonal campaigns. We’ll confirm your delivery date before we start shooting.
Do you offer multi-SKU or bulk discounts?
